Angela Sun, an American journalist and television sportscaster in addition to filmmaker of documentary films. Angela Sun has been a journalist, sportscaster, producer and Actor since she was born in Santa Clara County California on the 19th of October. Her education includes Sociology and Communication from the University of California. Sun was an excellent surfer and took part in numerous pro-am surfing competitions. Sun has worked with films like Goliath 2016 (Hit the Floor, 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway 2009), Street Kings (2008), Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004, and Shackled. In 2014, Sun released Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch the full-length documentary on the effects of trash in the oceans and the impact it has on the ecosystem. Sun wrote, directed and produced herself.
